This certificate course has been developed to
provide a clear insight into the salient issues of
management from an Islamic perspective. The treatment
will be detailed enough for the completed participant to
conduct management duties within a broad Islamic ambit.
Most of the modules selected for this course encompass
issues that are also reflective of the conventional
concerns. This will allow participants to associate the
contents of this course to that which they are familiar
with in conventional practice.
It is
proposed that a total of 16 modules be offered over 16
sessions, with each module consuming a contact period of
2 hours. Hence, if each module is to be offered on Day
1, with 8 contact hours per day, then the course will be
completed by Day 4. The proposed days are any Monday
till Thursday of any month prior to Ramadan 1425H.
The nature of this course is 60% lecture, 30% workshop
and 10% experiential learning. The certificate to be
awarded can be a joint certificate between the
respective agency and AKADEMI AIDIT.
